Job summary

Project44 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of customer implementations, from post-sale handover through Go-Live and Hypercare. You will develop detailed plans, drive governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 5+ years in customer-facing PM in logistics SaaS, strong risk and stakeholder management, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a differentiator.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management roles in logistics SaaS implementations.
• Proven experience delivering software projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong risk, budget, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer needs.
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or supply chain systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle for customer implementations, from post-sale handover through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across internal and customer teams.
• Lead project governance, including status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and driving resolution.
• Own budget and scope management, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial parameters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project delivery, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support, to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate key project ceremonies, including: Project kick‑off calls, Weekly status meetings, Steering committees (when applicable), Go‑live readiness reviews, and Support testing phases (System Testing & UAT) by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Drive Go‑Live planning and execution, including cutover coordination and post‑launch validation.
• Oversee Hypercare phase, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success and long‑term account stability.
• Ensure accurate tracking of project progress using internal tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Rocketlane, or equivalent).
• Contribute to process improvements, project management standards, and scalable delivery frameworks.
• Support pre‑sales and discovery activities by providing input on timelines, delivery approach, and implementation feasibility.
