Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Senior Implementation Program Manager to lead complex customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live, stabilization, and handoff. You will blend program management with customer success leadership to deliver on time and within budget while enabling customer teams to adopt and realize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex customer-facing implementations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Strong technical acumen across hardware, software, and integrations.
• Clear executive communication and sound judgement.
• Analytical, customer-centered problem solving with KPI/risk focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation from kickoff to handoff and closeout.
• Translate requirements into an outcomes-based plan with scope and milestones.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Service to maintain the implementation plan.
• Manage schedules, budgets, costs, prerequisites, and cross-functional commitments.
• Maintain RAID log and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
• Drive readiness, onboarding, training, and change management.
• Coordinate go/no-go reviews and go-live execution with clear ownership.
• Lead stabilization and adoption outcomes before closeout.
