Job summary

DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementations for global enterprise customers. This role drives deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will govern projects, communicate with executive sponsors, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and travel up to 40% including international.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies.
• Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.
