Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will architect scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and data platforms, driving API integrations, microservices and intelligent automation.

You will collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing and Executives to translate strategy into deliverables, enforce DevOps, CI/CD, and governance, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development
~2+ years managing or developing engineering teams in Agile/cloud environments
Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (MuleSoft/Workato)
Experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume contact center or outreach platforms
Cloud-native architecture and modern DevOps practices

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers building scalable, integrated solutions.
Oversee Salesforce architecture and platform customization (Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Cloud).
Drive API integrations, microservices, and data pipelines across systems.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, and Sales Ops to translate strategy into deliverables.
Ensure DevOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and governance.
