CVS Health is an ambitious technology leader seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to guide a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape the technical foundation across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs, building scalable, cloud-native solutions and integrating APIs.

You will own architecture, drive Agile practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Security, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge across Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Back-end/full-stack experience (Java, Node.js, Python); APIs and databases.
• Integration experience with MuleSoft or Workato; cloud-native services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience delivering tech for high-volume contact center/marketing/outreach platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture including Sales, Service, Marketing, Data/Experience Cloud.
• Guide development of microservices, APIs, data integration, and automation solutions.
• Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations; drive architecture decisions.
• Mentor engineers; foster Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
