Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape technical strategy across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, and Outreach programs, and drive API integrations, microservices, and automated workflows in a cloud-native environment.

You will mentor engineers, align with Product Management and Security, and champion Agile delivery, DevOps, and governance to accelerate business velocity while maintaining HIPAA and data

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related tools.
• Background in full-stack or backend development and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps using middleware or cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of scalable, cloud-native solutions and integrations beyond CRM.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team; drive Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance in line with HIPAA/CCPA/SOC2.
