CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and full-stack engineers. You will own the technical vision for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs, designing scalable solutions across CRM and custom services.

You will drive modern software engineering practices, partner with Product, Security, and Design, and integrate AI-driven automation, data pipelines, and API ecosystems to accelerate business velocity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development.
• 2+ years of people leadership in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or similar.
• Domain experience in high-volume contact center, marketing automation, or partner platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own technical vision and delivery for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture and scalability including Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds.
• Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM with microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Hire, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers; drive Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and security/compliance in line with HIPAA/CCPA/SOC2.
• Evaluate AI and Gen AI capabilities for workflow automation and routing.
