Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers, building scalable cloud-native solutions. You will own the technical vision across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs, shaping architecture and delivery.

This role focuses on enterprise CRM integration, DevOps, AI automation, and governance, while collaborating with Product, Security, and Leadership to ensure security and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWCs, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud/Datas Cloud.
• Background in full-stack/backend tech (Java, Node.js, Python) and APIs.
• Proven integration experience with external apps via middleware or serverless/API services.
• Direct experience delivering tech for high-volume Contact Center/Marketing/outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture and broader software engineering initiatives.
• Lead agile backlog refinement, sprint execution, code reviews, and architecture sessions.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and security/compliance governance.
