Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations team.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of tools and systems supporting Finance and HR, collaborating with IT, Finance, and HR partners to scale our platforms. The role requires strong engineering leadership, experience with Workday or Oracle HR/Finance, and expertise in integration technologies such as MuleSoft.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in software engineering & operations with leadership.
Experience delivering end-to-end Finance/HR systems like Workday/PeopleSoft/Oracle EBS.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (MuleSoft and Workday integrations).

Responsibilities

Hire and retain top engineering talent.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers for project delivery.
Define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements with cross-functional teams.
Drive best practices in software engineering, Agile, and CI/CD.
Champion MuleSoft and Workday integration solutions to streamline processes.
Oversee test automation strategies for integrations and HR/Finance systems.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status.
Occasional travel.
