Job summary

Salesforce seeks a seasoned engineering leader to manage Software Engineers on IT Application Engineering and Operations. You will oversee end-to-end tools and applications supporting Finance and HR systems, collaborating with IT, Finance, and HR to scale for rapid growth.

The role requires deep experience in Workday/HR systems, MuleSoft integrations, agile leadership, and global team coordination across time zones. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years of software engineering & operations experience with leadership in Finance/HR systems.
• Strong engineering management principles including team leadership and talent development.
• Experience with vendor partners and contractors.
• Familiar with agile/scrum methodologies and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, retain, and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR to scale systems.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs.
• Drive Agile practices and CI/CD adoption.
• Oversee MuleSoft and Workday integrations and testing strategies.
• Communicate status to stakeholders; travel as needed.
