The role demands 12+ years in software engineering with proven leadership, experience in Workday/HR or Finance transformations, and proficiency in integration technologies like MuleSoft.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering & operations, with leadership and project delivery in Finance/HR systems like Workday/Peoplesoft/Oracle EBS.
• Strong engineering management principles, team leadership, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience managing vendor partners and contractors.
• Experience in Workday HCM/Financials or HR/Finance transformations.
