You will act as both a Technical Lead and Individual Contributor to deliver a next-generation platform that enables use cases to reach customers and improve lives.

You will design scalable solutions, review code, and collaborate with architects and IT leaders to enhance performance and drive innovation across the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years in cloud initiatives and cloud tech.
• 5+ years designing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD automation.
• 3+ years in Agile development.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to ensure objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
