Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on software engineering experience in large-scale distributed platforms.
• 5+ years leading managers and senior engineers through complex technical initiatives.
• Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-team engineering programs across integrations, platform modernization, and cloud migrations.
• Strong depth in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (Java/Spring Boot, Python).
• Executive-level communication and influence skills; success scaling engineering orgs and vendor partnerships.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled or generative AI-integrated software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-team product and technical roadmaps; align investments with business outcomes.
• Establish scalable engineering standards, operational frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering managers and senior engineers; owning hiring and performance management.
• Partner with Product, Business, Architecture, Design, Security, and external partners to translate strategy into programs with milestones.
• Own architecturally complex initiatives across multiple domains with evolving requirements and dependencies.
• Manage vendor and contingent workforce strategies; lead technology research in AI, cloud, and distributed systems.
