Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in software design, development, and testing.
• Experience with Workday integration techniques (RaaS, API, Cloud Connector, EIB).
• 4+ years collaborating with HR-related teams.
• 3+ years Workday architecture and data structure experience.
• 2+ years implementing Workday security (SSO, MFA).

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Workday to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on building and supporting software solutions that enable core HR and business operations in a healthcare environment. You will work closely with HR-related teams, application architects, and business partners to deliver secure, reliable, and well-tested technology solutions. The position also plays an important role in shaping technical direction, improving quality standards, and resolving complex system issues.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $106,900 - $147,000 annually
