Justworks, Inc. is seeking a certified Workday Consultant with 3–5 years of ecosystem experience to join our deployment and optimization practice. You will lead end-to-end Workday implementations, phase-X rollouts, and post-production optimization for mid-market and enterprise clients.

This dynamic role requires a sharp technical mind, strong stakeholder management, and a performance-driven bonus structure with incentives tied to billable performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one current, active Workday Partner Certification.
• 3-5 years of hands-on consulting experience in a Workday Services Partner ecosystem or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience guiding external enterprise clients through Workday deployment methodologies.
• Deep expertise in building Workday Business Processes (BPs) and multi-layered security; strong report-writing and data transformation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to manage client expectations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, loading of legacy data into Workday environments using EIBs and advanced loads.
• Support clients with testing and UAT, troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration defects.
• Assist with cutover strategies, post-go-live hypercare, and creation of user training materials.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client allocations to meet utilization benchmarks.

About this job

We are a premier Workday Services Partner looking for a certified, client-facing Workday Consultant (3-5 years of ecosystem experience) to join our rapidly growing deployment and optimization practice. In this role, you will lead or co‑lead end‑to‑end Workday implementations, Phase-X rollouts, and post‑production optimization engagements for our mid‑market and enterprise client portfolio.

This is a dynamic, high‑impact consulting role requiring a sharp technical mind, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a desire to maximize earnings through a direct‑reward, performance‑driven billable bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Workshop Delivery: Lead discovery sessions and architectural design workshops with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, map workflows, and define system blueprints
• Tenant Configuration: Own the end‑to‑end configuration of Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, or Financials) across prototype, testing, and production tenants based on approved client design documents.
• Data Conversion & Migration: Oversee the mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading of legacy system data into Workday environments utilizing advanced EIBs, advanced loads, etc, and data validation protocols.
• Testing & UAT Oversight: Support clients in the authoring of comprehensive testing scenarios, lead clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot/resolve complex configuration defects.
• Change Management Support: Assist clients with system cutover strategies, post‑go‑live hypercare, and the creation of custom end‑user training documentation.
• Utilization Management: Manage personal project timelines, deliverable deadlines, and client allocations to consistently meet and exceed firm utilization benchmarks.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Workday Partner Certifications: Must hold at least one current, active Workday Partner Certification (e.g., Workday Core HCM, Financials, Payroll, or a specialized functional module).
• Partner Firm Experience: 3-5 years of hands‑on consulting experience working within a certified Workday Services Partner ecosystem or an enterprise‑scale implementation environment.
• Consulting Skillset: Proven experience guiding external enterprise clients through standard Workday deployment methodologies (e.g., Workday Your Way, Launch, and/or Launch Express)
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in building complex Workday Business Processes (BPs) and multi‑layered Security matrices. Advanced report‑writing capabilities (Matrix, Composite, Trended) and calculated field architecture. Strong proficiency managing mass data transformations via Excel and EIBs.
• Client Management: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations, de‑escalate project friction, and explain technical limitations to business leaders.

Preferred Skills

Cross‑functional certification or experience.

Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as dictated by project kickoffs or critical go‑live milestones. Expected travel <10%.
