Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join a leader in Finance & Insurance. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations that support HR, finance, and technology operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions while following enterprise architecture standards.

Remote work is available with flexible hours. You will document solutions, support testing activities, and ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in interface architecture.
• Proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Technology, and OCM.
• Strong skills in Workday report writing and custom reporting.
• Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations; Workday Integrations Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS and SharePoint; ESB/ETL knowledge preferred.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations that support core business operations across HR, finance, and technology functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture standards. The position also involves documenting solutions, supporting testing activities, and ensuring integrations are built and maintained with strong attention to quality and compliance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
