Job summary
engineeringjobs.net, Inc. is seeking a Workday HRIS architect to design, implement, and support comprehensive HRIS solutions in the Houston area. You will configure Workday modules, build integrations, and develop reports to drive process improvements.
The role requires partnering with HR stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining thorough documentation, and mentoring teammates to ensure successful implementations and ongoing system health.
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HRIS architecture, configuration, and support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and design effective Workday configurations.
- Experience with implementation, testing, deployment, and process improvement along with analytical problem-solving.
