Job summary

Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Architect/Senior HRIS Architect to design, implement, and support Workday HRIS solutions from configuration to integrations and reporting.

You will advise HR stakeholders, lead improvements and upgrades, and maintain thorough documentation while mentoring teammates in a dynamic Pittsburgh-based environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience for the HRIS Architect role or 6–8+ years for the Senior HRIS Architect role.
• Strong Workday architecture, configuration, and support expertise.
• Experience in at least one Workday functional area and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and enhance Workday HRIS solutions including configuration, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
