Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior‑Level Software Engineer to support our FALCON effort. This role can be performed remotely within the continental United States and requires a U.S.

citizen with active Top Secret clearance. You will work with software engineers, data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to build and sustain mission‑critical software and data pipelines that turn complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Top Secret clearance required.
• Active Top Secret and/or CBP/DHS suitability; clearance verification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or related field; 4 additional years may substitute.
• 6+ years of professional programming, design, and/or development experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continued research, development, and sustainment of mission-focused software applications, backend services, APIs, data processing workflows, and analytical capabilities.
• You will support data scientists and mission partners by creating and/or refining software applications, maintaining and enhancing existing custom applications, troubleshooting defects, improving performance, contributing to code reviews and technical documentation, and delivering reliable capabilities in an agile, remote-first environment.
