Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with current Top Secret clearance or CBP/DHS suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or related field (4 additional years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s).
• 6+ years professional experience in programming, design, or development.
• Experience with strongly-typed languages (e.g., Java, Rust).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Willingness to lead technical discussions and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research, development, and sustainment of mission-focused software applications, back-end services, APIs, and data workflows.
• Support data scientists and partners by refining software applications and improving performance in an agile, remote-first environment.
