You will provide technical leadership across key projects, mentor engineers, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products, advancing patient care and outcomes through technology.

This remote role requires working Pacific Coast business hours (PST). You will design scalable systems, champion CI/CD, and ensure high standards across distributed architectures and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with modern frameworks like Flask/FastAPI and Spring Boot.
• Mastery of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis) and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experience building scalable, real-time data pipelines with Kafka, Flink, Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable, secure healthcare technology solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment for mission-critical products.
• Design real-time data pipelines and hybrid batch/stream architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
