Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with Flask/FastAPI and Spring Boot.
• Mastery of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis) and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in building scalable, real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Airflow).
• Hands-on experience integrating and processing healthcare data standards: FHIR, CCDA, HL7 V2/V3, DICOM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across key healthcare technology projects.
• Architect, design, and lead scalable, high-performance systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment; mentor engineers.
• Partner with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive R&D initiatives for AI/ML integration and real-time analytics.
