Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build, run, and evolve the systems powering our healthcare platform.

You will own features end-to-end, develop production APIs, backend services, and internal platforms, and collaborate across product, design, and security to ship robust software from conception to production. You will work across stack, shipping APIs, integrating with external systems, and building web applications with a strong emphasis on reliability,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience building production APIs and integrating with external systems.
• Proficiency in at least one of C#, Go, or TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of React or similar frontend framework.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and caching (Redis).
• Ability to own features end-to-end and ship robust systems.
• Must have permission to work in the US on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end: framing, design, construction, testing, deployment, and production operations.
• Develop and enhance APIs, backend services, and internal platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
• Create web applications and workflow tools for production use.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and across service boundaries.
• Improve development infrastructure: CI/CD, observability, and environment management.
• Participate in on-call rotation and own production health for what you ship.
