Sprinter Health is seeking a Senior Backend or Full‑Stack Software Engineer (5+ years) to build the core systems powering in‑home healthcare delivery. You’ll own backend services, data flows, integrations, and in‑product experiences that determine whether patients receive care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and scaling backend or full‑stack systems in production.
• Experience designing APIs and data models for real user products.
• Led projects end‑to‑end, from architecture to delivery and iteration.
• Mentored junior to mid‑level engineers and collaborated with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and APIs powering booking, routing, logistics, and device integrations.
• Ship full‑stack features end‑to‑end, including data modeling and UI flows (if applicable).
• Solve scheduling, dispatch, safety checks, and error prevention at scale.
• Integrate with external health systems and medical devices securely.
• Collaborate with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to turn real‑world problems into software.
• Own projects from 0→1 and evolve engineering practices as the company scales.
