Job summary

Impruvon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own key features across our full-stack platform, including Ruby on Rails, React, and Flutter. You will shape the product experience, drive architecture, and deploy reliable, secure software in a remote-first team.

You will balance rapid delivery with long-term system health, mentor teammates, and contribute to high-impact healthcare-focused solutions that reduce risk and improve safety in care facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of features from conception to production deployment.
• Deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails and backend systems design, maintenance, and scalability.
• Strong product-minded approach and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in a remote-first startup environment with fast-paced requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the full stack (Rails, React, Flutter) with end-to-end ownership.
• Translate complex user needs into technically sound solutions and product outcomes.
• Make architectural decisions and address technical debt to keep systems reliable and scalable.
• Mentor teammates and improve engineering processes to accelerate delivery.
