Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Software Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with secure, scalable systems and banking software.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and modern frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Leads support, administration, and reporting for Credit Union delivery systems.
• Architect and implement processes to optimize day-to-day system operation and changes.
• Oversee software and certificate license management for optimal usage.
• Evaluate performance metrics and guide strategic decisions with data.
• Drive architectural initiatives; mentor engineers and ensure CI/CD excellence.
• Support integration with core banking applications and security practices.
