Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in the United States to design and develop scalable full‑stack applications with AI features for enterprise lending workflows. You will work across frontend and backend technologies in a modern microservices environment, delivering intelligent automation, semantic search, and AI‑driven experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AI/ML teams, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders, with fully remote work and CST‑aligned

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong HTML, CSS, DOM manipulation and responsive UI development.
• Backend experience with Node.js and Java in modern environments.
• Advanced TypeScript proficiency for frontend and backend development.
• Solid MS SQL Server design, querying, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating AI APIs/services (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral).
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, AI tooling (Cursor), and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration capabilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet and remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications in a microservices setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript and Java/JavaScript code.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability; troubleshoot issues.
• Design and query data storage using Microsoft SQL Server; ensure data integrity.
• Build responsive UI with HTML/CSS and dynamic structures.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Lead code reviews and promote code quality improvements.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities using LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed automation in workflows.
• Contribute to semantic search, vector databases, and AI observability.
