Job summary

Service Credit Union in Portsmouth NH seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, implement and operate AI and automation capabilities across the enterprise. You will work with IT and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and member experiences.

The role requires strong software development, ML and cloud skills, with emphasis on secure, compliant delivery of AI initiatives in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years developing AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Copilot deployment, licensing, configuration, and feature adoption across the organization.
• Develop prompt libraries, use case templates, training materials, and best practices to support business unit adoption.
• Monitor platform utilization, adoption metrics, and ROI and report to leadership.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications and automation solutions across business functions.
• Develop internal AI assistants, knowledge management tools, enterprise copilots, and workflow solutions.
• Evaluate, architect, and assist with deployment of third-party AI platforms and applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using knowledge bases.
• Develop MCP configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify intelligent automation opportunities.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for fraud monitoring, disputes, ACH operations, and member services.
• Partner with operational teams to improve consistency and processing efficiency.
• Develop machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and executive analytics capabilities.
• Design, deploy, and support AI-powered member engagement tools like chatbots.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with NCUA, FFIEC, GLBA, PCI DSS, and internal policies.
