Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Care Automation to design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that support Customer Care workflows. You will work on integrations across Salesforce, billing, and identity verification, driving automation and efficiency with AI-enabled case management.

The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, OO programming, and strong data modeling skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering scalable backend systems.
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or similar OO languages.
Knowledge of API lifecycle management including versioning and documentation.
Strong skills in data modeling and data distribution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for customer care workflows.
Build and manage integrations across internal and external systems, including Salesforce and billing platforms.
Write automated tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and system reliability.
Monitor feature deployments, handle incidents, and improve systems based on performance data and feedback.
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and meet objectives.
