Job summary

AssureSoft seeks an experienced integrations engineer to design, build, monitor, and optimize connections across Salesforce, NetSuite, product backends, billing platforms, and AWS Redshift.

You will develop reliable, event-driven and batch-based integrations, own uptime and incident response, and enforce reusable patterns and data contracts. The role requires strong security practices, including HIPAA considerations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production integrations.
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS or middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, batch processing, file-based integrations, and messaging or queue systems.
• Experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite with enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with AWS Redshift or enterprise data warehouses.
• Solid experience with JSON, XML, SQL, data mapping, and data transformation.
• Experience owning business-critical integrations in production.
• Experience building secure integrations involving HIPAA, PHI, access controls, audit trails, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, product backends, billing platforms, and AWS Redshift.
• Develop reliable integrations using API-based, event-driven, batch, file-based, and queue-based patterns.
• Own uptime, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and recovery for business-critical integrations.
• Design resilient integrations using retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and fault-tolerant patterns.
• Define reusable integration patterns, naming conventions, and error-handling standards.
• Replace brittle point-to-point connections with scalable and documented integration patterns.
• Define and manage data contracts, field mappings, transformations, and integration documentation.
• Partner with Business Systems, Engineering, and external consultants on connected systems and handoffs.
