Job summary

Healthie, a leading AI-native EHR platform, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to own the customer lifecycle in Salesforce. You’ll write Apex, build Flows and LWC, design custom objects, and implement API integrations that connect billing, usage, and customer activity to Revenue Operations.

You’ll work hands-on at startup cadence in a hybrid role, collaborating with Finance, Product, and Engineering, reporting to the Revenue Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Salesforce development or RevOps engineering
• Hands-on Salesforce developer with Apex, SOQL, triggers, Flows, LWC
• Experience with Stripe billing integrations
• Experience with deployment processes (SFDX, Git)

Responsibilities

• Build the Customer lifecycle in Salesforce — Apex, Flows, LWC, custom objects for onboarding, health, renewals, expansion, churn
• Write production-grade code with test coverage and bulk-safe logic
• Own deployment hygiene — sandboxes, source control, release processes
• Refactor toward maintainability and reduce technical debt
• Own Customer Ops workflows in Salesforce — onboarding SLAs, health scoring, renewals, expansion, churn playbooks
• Lead Vitally → Salesforce migration — data model design, mapping, parity testing, cutover
• Make handoffs clean across Sales, Onboarding, CSM, Renewal
• Integrations & APIs — Stripe, ChartMogul, Mixpanel, Chameleon, HubSpot
• AI-Native Engineering — use AI in workflows inside Salesforce
• Time allocation: 45% Building, 25% Design/Enablement, 20% Data/Testing, 10% Collaboration
