Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design and deliver high‑impact automations and integrations across core systems, including AI-powered workflows governed by security standards.

You will document approaches, drive reuse of patterns, and own monitoring, incident response, and escalation reduction while partnering with security and engineering to establish durable solutions. This fully remote role reports to the Director, IT System Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automation, integration, or IT systems engineering.
• Hands-on delivery of business-critical automations.
• Experience with Workato or iPaaS such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Tray, or n8n.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex automations and integrations connecting core systems, including AI-powered workflows.
• Document technical approaches and present options with risks and tradeoffs.
• Fix root causes in brittle integrations, closure of gaps, and prevent recurrence.
