WW Talents is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact engineering team building AI-powered voice agents that handle millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 companies.

You will work across four product teams - three focused on core product development and one operating as forward-deployed engineers - shipping full-stack features that directly power Replicant's LLM-based conversational AI platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Senior Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript (one required).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features for Replicant's AI platform.
• Collaborate across multiple product teams including forward-deployed engineering.
• Integrate speech recognition, TTS, and AI model improvements into production systems.
• Optimize latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
