WW Talents is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered voice agents for Fortune 500 clients. You will ship full-stack features across four product teams, including forward-deployed engineering, powering an LLM-based conversational AI platform.

The role requires proficiency in Python or TypeScript, hands-on LLM experience, and a startup mindset. This is a fully remote position across the US and Canada with occasional travel for offsites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript is required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-powered platforms.
• Experience shipping scalable solutions in startups.
• Ability to work across multiple product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features for AI-powered voice and chat products at scale.
• Collaborate with product teams to enable growth and win deals.
• Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and AI model improvements into production.
• Balance latency, cost, and user experience in production systems.
• Own multiple initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.
