Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing team building AI-powered voice agents handling millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 clients. You will work across four product teams and ship full-stack features powering Replicant's LLM-based conversational AI platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of senior software engineering experience.
Experience with AI-powered voice agents is a plus.
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript required.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features for AI-powered voice and chat products.
Collaborate with product and ML teams to scale the platform.
Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and AI model improvements.
Optimize production systems for latency and cost at enterprise scale.
