Replicant in the United States (Remote) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join a small, high-impact engineering team building AI-powered voice agents that handle millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 companies.

You'll work across four product teams, shipping full-stack features that power the LLM-based conversational AI platform, and integrate speech recognition, TTS, and model improvements while balancing latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise

Qualifications

Must have proficiency in Python or TypeScript, not both.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (multi-turn agents, prompt engineering, or LangChain).
Full-stack engineering experience shipping scalable solutions in startup or high-growth environments.
Experience delivering software that scales to millions of users.
Startup mindset with proactive, self-driven work style.

Responsabilités

Build and ship full-stack product features for Replicant's LLM-powered voice and chat products.
Collaborate across product teams to deliver scalable capabilities including forward-deployed work.
Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI model improvements into production systems.
Optimize latency, cost, and user experience in enterprise-scale deployments.
Work closely with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
