Replicant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered voice agents that handle millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 companies. You’ll ship full-stack features powering Replicant’s LLM-based conversational AI platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (multi-turn agents, prompt engineering, LangChain).
• Full-stack engineering experience shipping solutions at scale.
• Experience delivering software that serves millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features for LLM-powered voice and chat products.
• Collaborate across product teams and forward-deployed engineering work.
• Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and AI model improvements into production.
• Optimize latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scale.
• Work closely with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
