WW Talents is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact engineering team building AI-powered voice agents for millions of calls monthly. You will work across four product teams, shipping full-stack features and collaborating with ML and product teams to realize scalable AI capabilities.

You should have 5+ years of experience, be proficient in Python or TypeScript, and have hands-on experience with LLMs and scalable systems in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features for AI-powered voice and chat products.

• Integrate speech recognition, TTS, and conversational AI model improvements.
• Optimize production systems for latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scale.
• Work closely with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
