Job summary

Replicant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered voice agents that handle millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll work across four product teams—three core, one forward-deployed—shipping full-stack features that power our LLM-based conversational platform and drive real customer value.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python or TypeScript (one or the other).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-turn agents, or LangChain.
Full-stack engineering experience shipping at scale in a startup or high-growth environment.
Experience delivering software solutions that scale to millions of users.
Startup mindset: self-starter who thinks outside the box.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack product features for our LLM-powered voice and chat products.
Collaborate across product teams and forward-deployed engineers to scale the platform.
Integrate speech recognition and text-to-speech into production systems.
Balance latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scale.
Work closely with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
