Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with ownership of complex features
• Fluency in React/Next.js and Node.js/TypeScript/Postgres
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and shipping in production
• Demonstrated user-centric mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
• Experience interacting with government or regulated environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship full-stack features end-to-end from design to production
• Lead AI-powered product surfaces and real-time constituent tools
• Set technical direction and raise code quality standards
• Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to translate requirements
• Ensure platform reliability and performance at government scale
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing
