Job summary

Kaizen Labs in the United States is seeking a senior engineer to shape AI-native features across a government-facing platform. You will influence technical direction, mentor teammates, and translate real-world requirements into a shippable product for millions of users.

You will work with Palantir Foundry, AIP, Maven, React/Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript, and own platform reliability at government scale, delivering end-to-end features with a strong end-user focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in professional engineering with ownership of complex features.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry, AIP, or Maven workflows and pipelines.
• Strong React/Next.js and Node.js/TypeScript/Postgres skills.
• Experience using AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product delivery with user impact.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating real-world needs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship full-stack features end-to-end.
• Lead AI-powered surfaces and intelligent workflows.
• Set technical direction and enforce code quality standards.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure platform reliability and performance at government scale.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
