Job summary

Abstract in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, from research to polished UI, across product and marketing.

You will run workshops, map complex user flows, and contribute to the design system while collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM teams; reporting directly to the CEO.

This hybrid role supports government data usability in an AI-first platform with enterprise pilots and a fast-growing roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product design with startup scaling experience.
• Owns full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, UI.
• Redesigns complex workflows to improve usability in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building scalable design systems for product and marketing.
• Ability to create marketing collateral (decks, PDFs, ads, landing pages).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for Abstract’s products and marketing visuals.
• Lead workshops including discovery sessions and how‑might‑we ideation.
• Map complex user flows and design intuitive UIs.
• Develop and maintain design systems across product and marketing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams; report to CEO.
