Qualifications
- 5+ years building consumer-scale services spanning backend and mobile.
- 1+ years hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
- Strong ownership and empathy for the humans behind the product.
- Daily use of AI coding tools for analysis, coding, refactoring, testing.
- Treat AI as a development partner while remaining accountable.
- Share prompting strategies to help teammates accelerate AI workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and build features that help aging parents stay safely independent while giving families peace of mind.
- Adapt patterns and services to future verticals like Things (Tile trackers) and Pets as priorities shift.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and a culture of craft and continuous improvement.
