Job summary

Life360 is seeking a leader to set the direction for its AI Platforms team in a remote-first role. You will craft a clear roadmap balancing internal needs with product goals, then scale the team by hiring and developing members to full capacity.

You will build and evolve the shared AI platform, including model access, agent runtime, MCP integrations, evals, and cost controls, expanding from internal productivity to product-facing AI features for members at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience and 5+ years leading platforms or infrastructure teams.
• Experience building production AI systems, including agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and evaluation.
