Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology supports USSTRATCOM with critical IT lifecycle services and software asset management. The role includes maintaining software inventories for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and Top Secret environments, and assisting procurement with entitlement data entry in SAM and Flexera.

Strong analytical skills and TS/SCI eligibility are essential. The position requires a TS/SCI‑eligible background, ITIL Foundations, and experience with ServiceNow and license agreements.

Qualifications

• 8 years total and 4+ years of related logistics work experience.
• BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience.
• Required Certifications: ITIL Foundations 4 Certificate within 9 months.
• Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI status.
• Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and reconcile software inventory records across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and TS environments.
• Assist Procurement by entering entitlement data in ServiceNow SAM and/or Flexera.
• Analyze software usage data, spending trends, and vendor roadmaps to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Audit software inventories for compliance with entitlements.
• Compile presentations of audit findings for stakeholders.
