Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology’s US BICES-X program is seeking a Software Asset Management and Logistics professional to support DoD software licensing and asset governance.

You will manage software entitlements, renewals, and SAM processes within ServiceNow, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, and ensure compliance and cost optimization while handling sensitive information with an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related logistics work experience.
• BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Active secret security clearance.
• Self-starter who can collaborate with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAM and license management across the enterprise.
• Track renewals and entitlements using ServiceNow and OEM portals.
• Audit software inventory for compliance and governance.
• Prepare audits and present findings to Government and contract leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT, Configuration/Change Management and Supply Chain teams to resolve licensing issues.
