The role requires tracking, managing, and reporting IT assets across hardware, software, licenses, and cloud services using tools like ServiceNow and Maximo, with a focus on data accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end IT asset lifecycles (hardware, software, licenses, cloud services).
• Strong tracking and reporting of asset data across systems.
• Familiarity with DoD standards, NIST RMF, and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and cloud services.
• Track and update asset information in inventory systems (ServiceNow, Flexera, IBM Maximo).
• Conduct regular audits of IT asset inventories to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor licensing compliance with DoD regulations and vendor agreements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize IT resource usage and reduce costs.
