Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert for the POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM. The role provides strategic guidance, oversight, and evidence-based support to optimize human performance for SOF personnel and their families.

You will lead policy development, data integration efforts, and mentor a network of HP professionals while collaborating with senior leaders across USSOCOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of consulting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops advanced concepts and standards requiring high interpersonal and technical skills.
• Expert in field within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Function as an enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF program.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts.
• Direct and mentor a network of embedded health and performance professionals.
• Drive creation and dissemination of training and communications.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders across USSOCOM.
• Support wellbeing of Service Members and families.
