Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor (HPA) to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program at USSOCOM. This role provides strategic guidance, program oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize HP services for SOF personnel and their families.

U.S. citizenship is required and an active Secret clearance or eligibility is necessary for contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity.
• Expert in field with potential to set precedent for decisions.
• Licensure/certification may be required for HPA scope.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and summarize facts to certify or non-certify treatments in workers' comp.
• Provide written clinical rationales for workers' compensation cases.
• Review medical records and monitor timeliness of reviews.
• Meet production and quality standards consistently.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration for readiness.
• Mentor a network of embedded health/performance professionals.
• Drive training, research, and communications for HP initiatives.
