Job summary

Maximus is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as an enterprise-wide technical authority for the POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM. You will oversee domain program activities, coordinate with Components, HQ, and TSOCs, and lead strategic planning and data integration efforts to advance human performance readiness globally.

You will mentor a network of professionals, drive advanced training and research, and provide expert consultation to senior leaders to ensure alignment with operational demands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years in program management, health, or performance domains.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and summarize facts to certify/non-certify treatments.
• Provide written clinical rationales for Workers Compensation cases.
• Review and organize medical records for workers comp cases.
• Monitor timeliness of reviews to meet standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM.
• Mentor embedded health/performance professionals and drive training.
